Since 1984, Dawn Ringrose has consulted to management in areas that positively contribute to organizational performance. Prior to establishing the firm in 1992, she was employed with international consulting and accounting firms, Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Pannell Kerr Forster.

Professional Experience:

Strategic Planning – helping clients define their direction and to make decisions about how to allocate resources to pursue the strategy. Topics include: vision and mission statements, key success factors, core values, SWOT analysis, goals and objectives, and action plans.
Business Planning – helping clients to prepare a formal statement of business goals and to plan for achieving these goals. Topics include: business definition, product/service description, marketing, organization structure, assets, operations, financial projections, and action plans.
Marketing – helping clients to communicate the value of their product or service to customers for the purpose of selling to them. Topics include: marketing demand, competitive supply, feasibility, marketing mix, service quality, pricing, communication methods, promotion, distribution, budgeting, measurement, goals and objectives, and action plans.
Excellence Models – helping clients to implement the principles and best management practices of high performing organizations so they can be efficient, effective, and continuously improve. Foundational to this work is the Organizational Excellence Framework (OEF), assessment tools and related training programs. The OEF consolidates leading global excellence models and provides implementation guidelines for the practitioner. Topics include: governance, leadership, planning, customers, employees, work processes, suppliers & partners, resource management, continuous improvement and performance measurement.
Corporate Training - helping clients to improve the performance of individuals and teams by providing training that is customized for their specific requirements.
